Why? Why bring these murderous monsters to New York and try them in a civilian court? Why are we trying them like common criminals when the 911 Commission recommended we treat this attack as an act of war? Why put the citizens of New York and all that work there in grave danger as the world watches this circus unfold and every terrorist group and lone wolf look at this event as the “ Jihadist Olympics “ all hoping to grab the gold by killing innocents and finally why would our commander in chief take a chance of mirandizing these animals giving them a chance to actually beat the rap?

His numbers are nose diving.  Polls from everywhere are all showing the same pattern. Everything from the economy to health care to Afghanistan shows that the majority of the American people are not in support of his policies and more importantly are finally beginning not to trust what he says. In this case it will be the terrorist’s attorneys doing Obama’s dirty work for him. They will paint a picture of torture and abuse the likes that even China would be proud of and of course the blame will once again fall on the shoulders of George W. Bush.

This is the formula that worked so well for team Obama in the past and they are betting the farm that it will again distract from the failures and outright lies from the most radical administration to ever reside at 1600 Pennsylvania AVE.

If people die or get hurt they don’t care. Just look at the aloof manner he spoke about the Ft. Hood terrorist massacre giving shout outs and being jovial or the fact that they are kids dying every day in Afghanistan and the General he handpicked requested 40,000 troops 3 months ago and he still has not even given an answer much less the troops themselves. Come to think of it he probably has had more face to face conversations with Leno and Letterman than McCrystal so why would anyone think he cares about anything other than himself.
