911 Hard Hats Project : Rebuild
Far too long the Hard Hats of 911 have been overlooked.We lost hundreds of construction workers that awful day. Not only did we have personell in the Towers themselves but also in the surrounding buildings. ( 7 world Trade, The Winter Garden and One Liberty Plaza )
While many perished others stayed and helped out the police and firefighters. For many weeks afterwards we were the ones that started the bucket brigades. An old technique that is forever tied to the cliche many hands make light work. We found ourselves in many instances digging out the remains of the dead and exposing ourselves to noxious agents in the air causing all sorts of debilitating illnesses.
To this day we still have not been recognized for our sacrifice which is fine but what really concerns us and many thousands of other New Yorkers is that we stop the stalling and start the building.
If we are forced to try these filthy murderous bastards here then at least lets have our towers back. The project themselves will create thousands of jobs and spur all sorts of growth within the economy. So when Ms. Pelosi suggests a second stimulus with the funds paid back from TARP you tell her 911 Hard Hats Project : Rebuild!
I have not heard The Aman of New York tell anyone how sorry he was for 911 or condemn his fellow Muslems.I have not heard him say how hard he will work with us to bring the ones responsilbe to justice.
If he were sincere he would change the site and work with us and then maybe we could move on and begin healing for all the lives that were lost and the economic shock to our country .
